The sequence for everyone's Wealth Plan is different, but here some basic building blocks to work with:
Perform a Gap Analysis Determine where you are now in your financial situation and where you want to be. How wealthy do you wish to be compared to where you are now? There's probably a big gap there, but that's a good motivator to fuel ambition.
Document your Financial Baseline What's your current financial picture showing you? That you have a lot of credit card debt? You don't have enough for your kids to go to college? This will paint the path of the next steps you need to take to move toward creating new money.
Envision your Freedom Day Focus on where you want to be financially, and when. Pick the date--a year from now, maybe--when you want to have fixed the problems with your Financial Baseline or achieved great wealth.
